Build a Powerful Adult Diploma Pipeline with American High School Academy
A Cognia®-Accredited School with an Adult Diploma Pathway That Prepares Students for College
In the U.S., more than 30 million adults still lack a high school diploma. Many are academically ready for college or workforce training but can’t enroll because of one missing credential. Your institution can be part of the solution.
American High School Academy (AHSA) offers a scalable, flexible, adult diploma pipeline that helps postsecondary institutions connect with, support, and enroll this overlooked population.
This is not a GED®. AHSA students earn a real high school diploma accepted by employers, colleges, and the military.

More and More Postsecondary Schools Are Partnering With AHSA—Here’s Why:
We partner with colleges, universities, and workforce institutions to:
Refer and Recover Learners
Send applicants ineligible due to diploma gaps. AHSA enrolls, supports, and prepares them to return to your institution diploma ready.
Customize Pathways
Develop branded bridge programs that guide adult learners from diploma completion to your college’s certificate, workforce, or degree programs.
Explore Dual Enrollment or Credit Recognition
In some cases, students already taking college courses may be able to count those credits toward their AHSA high school diploma under a formal articulation or dual enrollment agreement.
Boost Student Success
Graduates from AHSA’s adult diploma pipeline come prepared, focused, and motivated to succeed in postsecondary education.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
No. This is a Cognia®-accredited high school diploma program—not a GED®. Graduates receive a real diploma accepted by colleges, employers, and the military.
Completing AHSA’s adult diploma program may help students meet the education requirement for financial aid, but other FAFSA® eligibility criteria must still be met, including U.S. citizenship or eligible noncitizen status, valid Social Security number, registration with Selective Service (if applicable), and financial need. Institutions should confirm eligibility directly with FAFSA.
Can students earn college credit while completing their diploma?
Yes. Through articulation and dual enrollment agreements, college-level courses may count toward high school graduation, depending on your institution’s policy.
Does AHSA have experience working with colleges?
Yes. AHSA has partnered with multiple institutions and educational agencies across Florida and beyond, helping thousands of learners return to the classroom.
How long does it take students to graduate?
Most adult learners complete their diploma in 03 to 06 months, depending on transfer credits and pace.
