💡 Who Pays for Dual Enrollment?

In Florida, dual enrollment is funded by the state, making it completely free for families.

📝 According to Florida Statute 1007.271:

“Tuition and fees are waived for all dual enrollment students. Instructional materials shall be provided at no cost.”

📌 Confirmed by Miami Dade College:

“There is no cost to the student for the dual enrollment program. Tuition and fees are exempted, and textbooks are provided.”

This means families pay nothing for their child to earn real college credits during high school.
