American High School Academy
Dual Enrollment: High School & College Credit
Miami Dade College & University of South Florida
Earn High School & College Credit at the Same Time!
As a Dual-Enrollment partner with University of South Florida and Miami Dade College, American High School Academy students are qualified to enroll in either school's Dual Enrollment Programs.
Dual-Enrollment allows American High School Academy students to simultaneously enroll in college courses at either the University of South Florida or Miami Dade College while completing their high school diploma.
Credits you earn at USF or MDC count toward high school graduation and can also be applied to a college degree or certificate.
What are the Benefits of Dual Enrollment?
- It will take you less time to attain a college degree or certificate because you will get credits that are transferrable to a college or university.
- It gives outstanding high school and middle school students a wider range of courses to choose from.
