How to enroll
Most students are referred to AHSA by their home school district, and families can also enroll directly. Our Admissions team will help you choose a program and guide you through each step.
Two ways to enroll
Whichever path you take, an Admissions Specialist will help you choose a program and a start date.

Referred by your school district
Most AHSA students are referred by their home school district. When a student is referred, we schedule an intake appointment with the student and their parent or guardian, so the whole family is part of the plan.
What to have ready
- The student’s 7-digit M-DCPS student ID
- Most recent transcript or withdrawal form, if available
- Parent or guardian details for students under 18
M-DCPS enrollment is currently closed. Please contact us for enrollment options.
